Welcome to Delaware County's Local Inter-agency Coordinating Council (LICC) Homepage. The Delaware County LICC is made up of Parents, Advocates, PA Department of Health, Office of Early Intervention, Childcare Information Services, Head Start, Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Early Intervention Providers, Office of Children and Youth, Office of Behavioral Health, and YOU.
